How the Course is Delivered
Once I receive the payment, I will send you an invite to join the live webinars by sending you links to the free Zoom software. Then you click on that link on the days they are conducted. Replays will be available for all of them.
You will be given very simple instructions to follow (I promise) that you need to do for up to 4 - 8 weeks for 15 mins a day.
You can join the Elixir of Health Facebook group where you will receive added support from me for up to 8 weeks. (Please allow a 48-hour response time and weekdays only).
